Katie Ramos, LMHCA

It is my greatest joy in life to come alongside women and couples in the midst of their personal, relational, or spiritual struggles in order to help them get to a place of breakthrough and healing. My goal as a counselor is for my clients to feel seen, heard and known, providing a safe place for authenticity where unconditional support and love can usher in growth, clarity, confidence, and freedom.

If you seek freedom from limiting beliefs and desire to live your life more fully alive, I am the right fit for you. If you desire to heal from past wounds and become the person you know you truly are beneath the layers of hurt or pain, I am the right fit for you. If you desire for your overall health to improve by taking care of yourself, setting boundaries and improving your relationships, I am the counselor for you. If you need a safe place filled with unconditional love, hope and guidance when it feels like the rest of the world is against you, I am, without a doubt, the counselor for you.

It’s an honor to be trusted with the heart needs of women and to partner with couples in the midst of their most vulnerable, raw moments. I would love nothing more than to have the opportunity to serve, listen, and gently guide you to a place of peace, self-understanding, and self-compassion as well as guide you and your spouse toward healing and unity. You’re not alone—let’s walk together toward your breakthrough, healing and growth.

The Name

H14 Counseling draws its name and inspiration from the message of God's love and salvation found in the book of Hosea, chapter 14, of the Bible. God's demonstration of grace and love is prominently featured in verses 1-8 of this chapter, where the Lord says, "Return to me, take words with you. Say, 'For in You, the orphans find mercy.' I am the one who answers your prayers and cares for you. I am like a tree that is always green; all of your fruit comes from me." H14 Counseling honors the divine source of life and well-being that sustains all of creation.
